Top up your private print credit

As of the new academic year 2021/2022, you can buy print credit online in the print portal and the Campus Print app. Here you can also see how much print credit you have. 

Please note: If you buy print credit, your new balance is usually visible within a few minutes. However, sometimes it takes a bit longer, up to half an hour. 

Top up in the print portal

1. Go to: print.ahk.nl
2. Log in with your AHK ID and password.
3. Go to the [Credit] tab.
4. Click [Top up].
5. Click on an amount in the overview. The payment menu opens.
6. You can now top up your credit directly using one of the payment methods: iDEAL, MasterCard, Visa.
7. Click [Transactions] to check the transaction.
8. Click the  button and then click [Log out].

 

Top up in the Campus Print app

With the Campus Print app you can top up your private credit.
Ensure you installed the Campus Print app on your mobile device. (Install the Campus Print app)

1. Open the Campus Print app. When using the app for the first time, you need to log in.
2. Tap [Top up], next to your print credit.
   
3. Select [Top up] in the menu.
   
4. Tap an amount to top up your print credit.
5. Select a payment method in the payment menu.
6. Complete the payment in the payment module.
7. Select [Transactions] in the menu to check the payment.

Tip

If you print regularly and don't want to top up your print credit manually every time you run out of print credit, you can also increase your print credit automatically by bank transfer.
