Scan a document and send it to your email

Please note: as of 13 August you can no longer use the AHK pass on the printer. Logging in is only possible with the new Campus Print app and pincode. 

1. Go to one of the printers and log in (Log in on a printer)
   
    
2. Tap on the [Scan] button at the bottom right side of the touchscreen.
   
   
3. Place the document face up in the document feeder or face down on the glass plate.
   
   
   
   
4. Tap on the requested scan workflow, set the scan settings, and tap on the [Start] button at the top of the touchscreen.
   
   
   
   
5. Tap on [Next] to send the scan file and return to the start screen.
   
   
   
   
6. Log out by tapping the [Logout] or [ID] buttons on the printer display. Or tap
   on [Logout printer] in the Campus print app.
